The GRS Connect App offers a streamlined mobile platform for residents to engage with their Community Association. It provides the capability to manage payments, review account details, and access comprehensive community information within a single application.

Existing users with login credentials for the association’s website can utilize the same email and password to access the app. New users should click the registration button, submit their information, and await approval. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to set a password, enabling direct login through the app.

If you already possess login credentials but have forgotten your password, select the 'Forgot Password' option, enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. After resetting, you can log in using your email address and the new password.

After successful login, homeowners gain access to key features including:

• Switching between multiple property accounts seamlessly
• Homeowner Dashboard providing an overview of relevant information
• Access to association documents and directories
• Viewing community photos
• Contacting the association through the dedicated page
• Making assessment payments securely
• Reviewing and adding comments or photos related to violations directly from a mobile device
• Submitting Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with photo uploads
• Viewing homeowner ledger details
• Submitting and tracking work orders, including adding comments and capturing photos on-site

For Board Members, the app features additional tools such as:

• Managing assigned tasks
• Reviewing ACC applications
• Accessing board documents and meeting materials
• Reviewing community violations
• Approving invoices efficiently
